The room was high-class and well-kept with great amenities. I loved the room, the bed was very comfy. The location of the hotel was very central, near to a huge apocalyptic and mechanically-clanking factory to one side and a roaring motorway to the other, golden horse casino and the garden of next to the house.

Wi-Fi was very spotty, made me a little nervous.

Particularly good and beautiful location with free parking adjacent to briaa areas, and Durban.

The rooms are top-class and reasonably large and have lovely view by nature and excellent views. It has a cozy bar and amazing friendly and efficient staff. The location of the hotel in Pietermaritzburg is beautiful and magnificent, really close to the factories and highway as well as trucks and cars.

The twin room was equipped with a TV and all the essentials I needed. I loved the nice design of the lodge. - the hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the Golden Horse Casino.

Management understood our situation and promised a refund for canceling second night. Gem of a place in central location with beautiful birds and unique thatched building for breakfast.

The location in the heart of Pietermaritzburg close to everything was favourable and stunning.

Well, the area was quite poor overall.

The property offers a magnificent, stunning location and is located just 2 miles away from Alexandra Park. the staff is very attentive and served breakfast with the best service.

There were television with satellite channels, climate control and a seating area in the room, loved that.

Booked a room with particularly good views by nature and excellent views. The accommodation had a very central location away from city life. Also, Golden Horse Casino was 2 miles away.

We had a unique bush experience on the outskirts of a sleepy town. The lodge was nestled on the banks of a beautiful river, offering a peaceful and tranquil setting. Despite being close to amenities, we felt far away from the hustle and bustle. The bar and eatery provided great meals and drinks, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others seeking a peaceful getaway.

Everything was great, so were good views by nature and excellent views. The room we had included central heating, TV and a seating area. It was very close to indigenous gardens massive trees, stunning location overall. Furthermore, close to nature.

The lodge is situated near beautiful nature and has well-kept, neat rooms with all the necessities, including a TV. the setting is lovely. the braai area is a nice addition.
